To ensure that inspection processes are recognized nationally and internationally,
To accept and apply the principles of impartiality, independence, confidentiality and equality as the main principles at all stages of the inspection process,
To ensure that all our policies and procedures are prepared considering the principles of confidentiality and equality and to provide services to all relevant parties,
To regularly analyze conflicts of interest that may threaten the impartiality of our services and to ensure that all our staff understand this analysis,
To continuously improve and develop by fulfilling the requirements of the TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard and analyzing the needs and personnel of the management system created within the framework of the standard,
As a Type A inspection organization, we aim to carry out all inspection activities in a way that will create added value for the parties we serve and focus on customer satisfaction.

Declaration of Impartiality:

At ESTKOM Energy, a quality management system in accordance with the TS EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard has been established and implemented, and inspection activities are carried out independently and impartially from the parties based on national and international standards.
No person or organization can influence the work of the personnel involved in the inspection activities carried out on behalf of ESTKOM Energy. ESTKOM Energy has created a structure that is free from all kinds of commercial, financial, administrative, and other pressures that may affect decisions and activities. This structure is guaranteed with this commitment prepared by ESTKOM Energy.
ESTKOM Energy acts independently in making decisions regarding the inspection activities carried out and does not take part in any activities that may cause conflicts with their accuracy.
ESTKOM Energy is not a part of the legal entity or party that designs, produces, supplies, installs, purchases, owns, uses, or maintains the items it inspects.
At ESTKOM Energy, inspection activities are carried out independently of other activities, with trained, experienced, and talented personnel, based on the principles of independence, impartiality, reliability and confidentiality.
ESTKOM Energy is responsible for managing the confidentiality of all information obtained or created during the performance of inspection activities through legally valid commitments.
Staff wages are evaluated regardless of the number and result of inspection activities.
At ESTKOM Energy, issues that may cause conflict of interest are determined, controlled, and managed through risk analysis, thus ensuring that companies are treated fairly and equally throughout all system stages.
During the receipt of applications from companies requesting inspection within the scope of one or more of the services offered by ESTKOM Energy, details that may cause a conflict of interest with ESTKOM Energy are analyzed according to the situations explained in the quality management system, and in case of such a situation, the request is rejected.
No action will be taken when an inspection creates an unacceptable threat to objectivity.
All necessary resources are constantly provided to ensure that inspection services are carried out in the best possible way, to ensure continuous satisfaction of the segments we serve, and to keep complaints at the lowest level. Necessary training is carried out in a regular and planned manner to ensure that our personnel working in these activities can keep up with the developments/innovations in standards and inspection practices, both for their own development and their competencies about the system.
